Bilingual (English/Spanish) Outside/Wholesale Sales Associate
Cap World, Inc. has created an immediate need for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Outside/Wholesale Sales Associate in our Florida region.
We are seeking ambitious closers who can sell and provide excellent customer service to our Wholesale Accounts. Position will be responsible for getting to the decision maker to build a new book of business and develop & maintain existing accounts. We are interested in only high-energy and career minded professionals.
This position will spend time both on the road at Wholesale Accounts as well as in different stores in the Florida Region so must be able to adapt to different working environments and job responsibilities (Sales, Data Entry, Installation etc).
This position is responsible for achieving aggressive sales goals while maintaining product knowledge in a fast paced field. Professional interpersonal, written & phone skills and strong floor sales, pricing and extraordinary customer service a must!
Qualifications include: Strong Sales, top-notch interpersonal, written, phone, presentation and communications skills; good organizational and computer skills. Would prefer at least 2 years of sales experience with Aftermarket Experience being a plus - however - if you are a positive, upbeat person with a get-it-done attitude…we are willing to train the RIGHT candidate!!!

Installer
Are you mechanically inclined? Do you have a great attitude and want to be a team player? If so, this position is for you! This position is responsible for service and installation of all products, and assists sales personnel. A few key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Installation of products
- Maintaining all technical information for the proper installation of products
- Performing all aspects of installation service plus or other service related programs
Sales Personnel
Do you have a past history of sales success? Do you like a fast paced environment? If so, we want you at Cap World! This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, computer literacy, strong organizational skills, and the desire to satisfy customers who have complex truck accessory needs. A few key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively selling to both retail and wholesale customers
- Introducing new products and ideas to increase sales and profit margins
- Scheduling and documenting customer appointments for installations
- Establishing new business relationships with new truck dealers
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledgeable of sales trends in the industry.
Managers-in-Training
Do you lead by example and have high energy? Are you customer focused and business development driven? If the answer to these questions were yes, then we'd like to speak with you about our Manager-in-Training position. This position is a training program designed to teach you the primary skills needed to assist in store management, product sales and personnel development. A few key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing wholesale and retail sales strategies and programs
- Introducing new products and ideas to increase sales and profit margins
- Assisting in the preparation and analysis of sales and profit outlooks
- Reviewing weekly and monthly sales results with the Store Manager
- Working with the Store Manager to train a safety-conscious staff
- Conducting daily operations such as opening and closing, completing paperwork, managing time cards, running computer-generated reports, accurately ordering and maintaining product inventory
- Utilizing preventative maintenance on all mechanical equipment in order to lessen repair costs
- Assisting in all store functions, including installations, as needed
