Installer
Are you mechanically inclined? Do you have a great attitude and want to be a team player? If so, this position is for you! This position is responsible for service and installation of all products, and assists sales personnel. A few key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Installation of products
- Maintaining all technical information for the proper installation of products
- Performing all aspects of installation service plus or other service related programs
Do you have a past history of sales success? Do you like a fast paced environment? If so, we want you at Cap World! This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, computer literacy, strong organizational skills, and the desire to satisfy customers who have complex truck accessory needs. A few key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively selling to both retail and wholesale customers
- Introducing new products and ideas to increase sales and profit margins
- Scheduling and documenting customer appointments for installations
- Establishing new business relationships with new truck dealers
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledgeable of sales trends in the industry
Laborer
Cap World is looking for a hardworking, punctual and reliable professional laborer with a stable work history. This energetic individual must like to work almost entirely outdoors, as the position may require continuous climbing, lifting and bending. The ideal candidate must also have a willingness to be a team player and learn new responsibilities. This position provides a great work environment as well as the opportunity for career advancement. A few key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining the store showroom, cap yard and installation shop. This responsibility includes daily cleaning to ensure all areas are free of potential safety hazards.
- Mowing, organizing, assisting with truck accessory installations, and painting as needed
- Complying with all company policies, instructions and directives
- Ensuring all product on the store lot is locked and secured at closing everyday
