Returns and Exchanges
Please see our full Return Policy for all the details regarding returns, exchanges or refunds.
All manufacturer warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
There is a $20 fee for special orders. You will be emailed if your order contains an item that is a special order.
Gift cards cannot be refunded or canceled. Gift cards are for in-store use ONLY and cannot be used online.
- All the items, parts, box, etc. and information on what's wrong need to be sent with the return.
- All Items must be returned in original packaging only.
- Any products refused upon delivery also subject to return fee and customer is responsible for shipping of the product both ways.
- If you have an item that is either lost or damaged in shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and state what has happened. You MUST include photos of the damaged item(s) or we reserve the right not to accept your return or exchange.
- If your part arrives defective, you must make a claim within 3 days of delivery in order to get the product replaced. By clicking on "Continue" and submitting your order, you are indicating that you have read and accept the terms of our return policy.

- The handling charge on the orders is non refundable.(not all orders have handling charges)

- No returns or refunds on custom made and developed products.
- No returns or refunds on special orders.
- There is a $20 special order fee.
- No returns on items that have been installed or used in any way.
- No returns on programmers or electrical items.
- Items returned in poor condition or that have missing parts will NOT be credited and may be returned to you at your expense.
- On all returns in which Cap World, Inc. is not at fault, the customer will be responsible for shipping the part back to us, and there will be no return of freight on the order. Also, if item is being exchanged, customer will be responsible for shipping charges to ship the replacement part.
- We may rebill your credit card on any return or credit card chargeback for the shipping and handling charge.
"In-stock" items usually take between 7 to 10 days to be processed and shipped.
Occasionally, items shown to be in stock or available are pre-sold or not immediately available, in this case, you will be sent a email notification that your item is on backorder. You have the option to continue to wait for that item, cancel your order for a full refund, or select a different item to order.

To the extent permitted by law, neither Cap World, Inc. nor any of its employees, related partners or their respective officers will be liable in any way for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred by you or claims made by you because of your use of this site, unavailability of this site or in connection with any products, services or information advertised, offered or supplied through this site, including price omission, incorrect price, typographical errors, suspicion of fraud, and delivery area restrictions. Cap World, Inc. maintains the exclusive right to cancel or refuse any order without limitation.
