About Us
It was my long-time passion for all things automotive that prompted me to start Cap World back in 1985.
Since then, Cap World has been customizing trucks, vans and SUVs for commercial and recreational use. I'm proud to say we are dedicated to bringing our customers quality, name-brand products at discount prices. We are a full-service company, which means all of our stores provide sales, customer service and expert installation.
Our mission is to lead the truck accessory industry with state of the art products and a deep commitment to our employees, customers and the communities in which we do business.
I believe everyday each and every one of our employees works hard to live up to this mission. If at any time you feel we have not lived up to our mission, I invite you to contact us.
We currently have 12 retail stores located in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maryland and Florida and have been adding stores to our Melrose, MA headquarters since the 1990s. We hope to offer you more locations in the future.
Each of our retail locations offers one-stop shopping and carries hundreds of truck and SUV accessories for nearly every make and model. We also provide continuous product and installation training to every store employee, which means when you shop with us you will have an expert sales associate on hand to answer your questions. Our stringent quality guidelines combined with our competitive pricing means you will always get outstanding service and an affordable price to top it off.
In May 2011 we introduced a new web site with full ecommerce capability, allowing our customers to shop from the comfort of their own homes. Our site offers a large selection of truck accessories in stock and ready to ship. We will continue to offer more products for online purchase, but until then if you have questions about any of the items we offer please contact us.
