Q: Do you charge sales tax?

The law requires that we charge sales tax in the states in which we do business. Therefore, we charge sales tax in Maryland, Florida and Massachusetts.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We only ship within the continental United States.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

Order processing is typically done within 48 hours after payment has been received, but may take up to three days, depending on when your order is placed. For example, an order placed on Friday night will be processed on Monday morning, and will likely ship out on Tuesday. We ship via UPS or FedEx. Orders can typically be expected to arrive within 5 to 7 business days when using ground shipping.

Q: What types of payments do you accept?

We use Authorize.net to safely process our transactions online. Please rest assured that your information will be safeguarded. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Bank Debit Cards and checking accounts.

Q: What is your return policy?

We do our best to describe the item(s) we are selling. However, if you have ANY questions, please ask us. It is always best to confirm you're ordering item(s) that will correctly fit your vehicle.
